This fountain was accorded the status of "World's Largest Fountain" in the 1998 edition of the Guinness Book of Records.
I was having lunch there today and saw people supposedly trying to gain some 'qi' from the fountain.
Have you visited this fountain before? By the way it's supported by four 13.8 metres high bronze legs.
When the photo first appeared I thought it was a close up of a basket ball net. Good shot.
ReplyDeleteHuge. Are the fountain and the buildings in the background part of the same complex? Is this downtown?

ReplyDeleteI love Singapore and all the places there. Heyy, we also had the sandwich icecream near the Merlion for 80 cents.
I loved walking near Clarke Quay and eating by the riverside, shopping at Mustafa, Robinsons, China Town. Sentosa, it's musical fountain and the beaches, the waterworld is a wonderful experience.
