Hey, have I seen that design before?

I saw this building when I came out of the Tanjong Pagar MRT with another friend.
Guess what?
We saw this and thought someone copied the design of the NUS Business School Mochtar Riady Building!

Robinson Road Building

Anyone seen the NUS Business School new building? Does this look like a skinny version of it?

I wonder what is the name of this building. Anyone knows?
I did not walk near the building to find out more.
