'Choot' in the local Hokkien dialect is 'come out'.
The locals like to say 'someone choot pattern' meaning to say someone is being difficult.
Eg: He's not coming for lunch anymore, he choot pattern again. (haha.. try understanding this singlish)
But this car we saw today at a carpark also 'choot' pattern. LOL...
I don't think the car is trying to be difficult though :-)
