I've seen those with plastic chairs as well, you know those often found in kopitiams. Just like those, with their plastic legs sawn off leaving just 4 stumps.
I caught a similar photo of how broken chair is recycled. Will link your pix too so others can see how chairs are recycled in different countries! LOL!

That is so dangerous! So many vehicles here in Metro Manila, even the public utility vehicles, are so very unsafe. =(
