This is "my paper". A name of a free tabloid that this week gone bilingual. It is interesting that it has both English and Chinese in one paper. I happen to pick up a copy today while having lunch.
You can also read the contents online. Visit www.mypaper.sg if you are interested to read about Singapore news.
Singapore has two free newspapers. The other is Today. It is also available online at www.todayonline.com
Does your city have free newspapers?
This is an interesting combination.
ReplyDeleteWill love to see how it looks like inside.
What an intervention!

c'est une belle idée de faire ce journal en bilingue. A Evry on n'a pas de journaux, mais sur Paris tu as trois ou quatre journaux gratuits.
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful idea of this bilingual newspaper. A Evry was not newspapers, but in Paris you have three or four newspapers.
Do they hand them out at metro stations, like in Paris?
ReplyDeleteSo what's the answer to the lead story?
Yeo, we have free papers that they hand out at subway stations, like in Paris, Brussels, London, ... It's everywhere. We are inundated. There is even a competition between the two freebies at my subway entrance. Once in a while, I'll pick up one of them (the one that has the movie schedules) and the guy that hands out the other one would look at you with a killer glance. Jeez, I just don't like your paper...
ReplyDeleteI went on the website because I am curious and am trying to know "why bloggers are fuming about her". I could not find the answer. Instead I saw an article about guys who love dolls, lol! What a scary paper. ;)
Is it bilingual because a lot of people want to improve their English. I believe that in China certain city's newspapers are printing one article a day in English for this reasonm before the Olympics
ReplyDeletecool! thanks for sharing this. did you find out 'why bloggers are fuming over her?'
ReplyDeleteYeah, like the other commenters before me, I want to know why bloggers are fuming over the lass pictured...
ReplyDeleteMe too...keen to find out why bloggers are fuming over her? And who is she, huh?
ReplyDeleteWe have free daily paper on weekday. It's The Sun. I like reading it as it has lotsa thought-provoking columns and is very vocal about current issues. The most important thing is the unbiased reporting!!
