Protected Place - No Admittance to Unauthorised Persons

This is another of the signs series. A very stern warning as well.

It's one of those signs, that even if you can't read any of the 4 languages there, with the colour and the graphic, you would stay away.

In your country, do you have similar signs?

  2. You know, the picture is needed as some of the translations don't look all that threatening :)

  3. I remember signs very like this in Singapore in 1957 but if memory serves correctly the bodies were in green, the gun was a rifle at shoulder height and the body with hands up had been shot and was falling over. There was one by Selerang barracks and another one at the point where Changi Road crossed the link track from the runway to the pan just below the control tower.

I think I might be scared even to take a photo of it!

  8. In Malaysia, Malay, English, Chinese, Tamil and Punjabi language is written. Singapore Malay language have old spelling style and easy to read rather than new Malay spelling like "Masuk" in new spelling but in Singapore, they spell "Masok".
