Looking at this Brilliant Rose bus stop, do you ever wonder what a Brilliant Rose is?
A Brilliant Rose is a diamond that is cut to have 66 facets. Normal diamond cuttings have the classic 58 cuts. There are many places where you can find information about diamonds on the web. Out of curiosity about Brilliant Rose, I have spend the last 2 hours reading it. OOoo.. information overload.
The photo above is taken at a bus stop which was covered with roses. It is advertising the Brilliant Rose cuts of diamonds by Soo Kee Jewellery. I think they are the only people licensed to sell Brilliant Rose in South East Asia.

A kiss on the hand may be quite continental, but diamonds are a girl's best friends
A kiss may be grand but it won't pay the rental on your humble flat or help you feed your pussycat
Men grow cold as girls grow old, and we all lose our charms in the end
But square cut or pear-shaped these rocks don't lose their shape
Diamonds are a girl's best friends !"....Marilyn Monroe
